Nghệ An (
pronunciation (help·info)) is the largest province in the North Central Coast of Vietnam.
Administrative divisions
The province is divided into one city (Vinh), one town (Cửa Lò), and 17 districts. The province contains 437 communes, the highest in any province in Vietnam.
